tk68 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for All Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk68 ("tk68", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your registration, access to, and use of all products and services made available at tk68, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot machines, crash games, fish shooting titles, and all associated account, cashier, and support functions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. tk68 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any stage. Submitting false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All funds deposited into your tk68 account are held exclusively for the purpose of gaming on the platform. tk68 does not pay interest on account balances. The following payment terms apply to all transactions:

tk68 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are valid only for the account to which they are credited and are non-transferable.
• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the general wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers on eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain games — typically high-RTP slots and live dealer games with low house edge — may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely.

tk68's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk68 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

tk68 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. In the event of termination for cause, tk68 may forfeit any account balance.
